Will is on a mission to help others care about what matters most: our people and our planet. At R7, he invests across sectors and primarily focuses on early-stage companies, leading R7’s relationship capital program.
While earning his MBA at Stanford, he helped lead Stanford's Impact Fund and Climate Summit where he worked with hundreds of companies and entrepreneurs building towards a brighter future. He leveraged this experience to develop R7’s sustainable investing framework and continues to work with companies delivering impact across social and environmental objectives.
Prior to Stanford, Will led post-merger go-to-market activities for SAP’s $8B acquisition of Qualtrics, establishing product-market fit, developing sales playbooks, and training global sales teams. He also led a regional sales engineering team generating $40M in annual revenue.
Will has an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois.
