Al Carmona

Al is Vice-Chairman of Mars & Co, a boutique consulting firm that is focused on business strategy. He has led hundreds of assignments in a wide range of areas including business model redesign, brand strategy, research and innovation optimization, net revenue management, demand building optimization, competitive analysis, portfolio strategy, cost and supply chain optimization, business unit turnarounds, acquisition and divestiture analysis and related organizational development. He has direct experience in a range of industries including consumer packaged goods, retail, energy, technology, automotive, apparel, private equity and financial services. He and his teams have advised top executives across the world’s leading companies over multiple decades.

Al has a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Wharton.
